Yes, I said that once by accident. What I had meant to say was that it was interesting showering in the dark, in commenting on a recent power outage… but of course Jeff and Steve never let me live that one down, hehe.
I showered by candlelight this morning, good times showering in the dark. The power was still out from last night.
The power went out at home at about 10:30 last night. After sitting around in the dark for a couple hours, the boys and I went upstairs to see what was going on up there, of course Soogie had a bunch of candles lit (apparently they had some lit before the power went out, hmmm… Makes me wonder if it really was the storm that caused the power to go out). At one point we went out front to see how far the outage went, and it didn’t seem to go far beyond our neighborhood. The dogs were barking at us for being out front so Soogs just lets them out. Indy was hyper enough that we thought he just might make a run for it, and as long as he was out running around, Bobo wouldn’t come in. After awhile Dan went and got his laser pointer to lure the dogs back in, and we got Bobo first and shut him in the house, but somehow Soogie didn’t see that, she had some treats she was trying to lure the dogs in with. We got Indy back in the house and me and Steve went back inside, while Dan stood out on the porch and Soogie stood there on the sidewalk trying to call Bobo to come back, hehehe. Dan just stood there and let her call him for a while knowing he was in the house just to give her a hard time for just letting them out in the first place, haha. So mean but we know if anyone has to chase the dogs down, it’s the boys, so we get annoyed when the girls let the dogs loose. It cracked me up tho that Dan just let her call Bobo for a while thinking he was history, haha. Cute Soogs… We’re so mean.

All that went on under my window, and I didn’t hear it at all?? I did hear the dogs barking at about 1:30, so I went downstairs to see what was going on, and they were barking at the candle on the mantle. Silly pooches…
That’s because they were freaked out at anything eminating light by that point (because of the laser pointer earlier). Bo took a few snaps at my pocket cause he could see the green LED blinking on my phone. They get all wound up…
So is that your third or fourth reference to showering in the dark? I think that almost ties your love of throwing up, haha 😉
I’m pretty sure my references to vomiting far outweigh my references to showering in the dark 😉 But I’m too lazy to tally them up, hehe…

I showered with shorts on for a week. It was scout camp and there was a retarded kid who kept observing everyones’ you-know-whats.
