It’s April 29, and it was snowing SIDEWAYS today. You’d think people would be used to wacky spring weather in Utah by now. One thing I love about storms, though… they so frequently pave the way for gorgeous sunsets. As I drove into Salt Lake City tonight, I could tell one was on the way. Would have been nice had I been somewhere high and stationary to catch it, but the short glimpse I got will do.
Some people crave the light at the end of a period of darkness… I think I crave color at the end of a period of gray. I couldn’t get enough of this sunset, though sadly it was mostly to my back for the drive home.
Oh, and I thought I’d share an old but good tune I heard while at Este for a few minutes tonight.
P.S. I just remembered that my blog turned 9 a couple days ago (April 27). (yeah, I know… entries between April 02 and July 03 are still missing.)
