Sort of a strange day

Because In-N-Out Burger opened in the northern part of Utah today (in both Draper and Orem). Traffic wasn’t so bad going east on 12300 so and turning left northbound onto State, but boy were they piled up the other direction. Anyhow, I did not eat there today– the wait was 45 minutes to order and 15 to get your food, so an hour total, which I didn’t feel like I had to spare, so I just captured some of the shenanigans and came home, heh.

This is the backup of cars waiting for the In-N-Out Drive Thru. Crazy!

This line didn’t look *too* terrible, but they said it was about 45 minutes long. I bet it was shorter than that, truthfully.

Just a peek inside the door to see the menu up there… exactly like any other In-N-Out Location.

Why is it so strange? Because there are no palm trees. There’s snow on the ground. In-N-Out is something I associate with road trips and climates that are warm all year long. Well… I’ll get used to it. And I’ll enjoy it ๐Ÿ˜‰ (It sure did smell good.) Apparently it’s open till 1am on week nights… hahaha. Tempted.

  1. Oh. My Gosh. Crazy to hear about it. More unbelievable to see pictures of it. And I agree about the palm trees. Just doesn’t look right without them.

But if you’re looking for someone to go with at 1:00 in the morning, give me a holler. I’ll be up watching Star Trek. ๐Ÿ™‚
