Not as long as I’m wearing these Jamaican colors, there’s no way you can harm me.

So yesterday Mar commented on how bloodshot my eyes were. So I told her the silly story of why they were so bloodshot, which didn’t involve drugs or alcohol, hehe. Tuesday night, Dan and I were having a mega conversation when Bobo came down to visit (he must miss Kate, cause unless there’s food being eaten he never graces us with his presence). So I gave him a good scratch behind the ears and under the collar (the kind you know he loves by the way he leans into the direction you’re scratching).

Well, I had some sort of headache that night that seemed to just affect my right temple and seemed to be connected to my eyes a bit. So eventually I started rubbing my eyes… Not the little bit that I normally would when I have an allergic reaction to contact with the dogs, but rubbing it a lot, sorta massaging my eyes because it sorta helped the headache. Well by the time Dan and I got done talking my eyes were so swollen I could barely open them, hehehe. Funny thing is, they didn’t look nearly as bloodshot on Wednesday when Mar commented on them as they did Tuesday night.

In any case, upon looking at my eyes in the mirror Tuesday night, the contrast against the red made my eye color kinda jump out at me, so I took a few pics. MMmmmmm… Bloodshot. What sucked is that my eyes were still swollen after 8 hours of sleep, hehe.

    Love you too, Soogs ๐Ÿ˜‰

Of course the answer is not allergy shots. The answer is not petting Bobo and/or not rubbing my eyes. ๐Ÿ˜‰

that’s pretty gross, but also very cool – I like the colors.
and I can almost make out the image of your hand holding the camera in the reflection of your eye. hehe, i was trying to isolate it in photoshop when my sisters came over for a visit. creeped them out pretty good.
