Man. Sam Hawk, how do I love thee, let me count the ways.
I just had some of the most amazing Korean food. Not that I haven’ thad it before, but it was so top notch tonight. Spicy grilled pork, mmmm… can’t get enough. And even the kimchi was just… just so tasty, like the perfect combination of tangyness and spicyness. It more than compensates for the exact opposite of what I had for lunch– rancid curry rice from Teriyaki Stix. What’s the slogan there? Taste it, love it, crave it? Try taste it, hate it, purge it… anyone got a better one? I almost forgot about that nastiness with how amazing Sam Hawk was.
I just thought you all should know. I’ll ramble more tomorrow.

What would you suggest for someone trying Korean food for the first time with a semi-adventurous palate?
