Fiesta Fun
Last weekend, Mike, Steve, Jesse, Mar and I headed down to St. George for a little bit of fun - with a little training mixed in, for Mar and I. It was a weekend of junk food, napping, waffles, hot-tubbing, napping, jogging, biking, napping, hot-tubbing, and then -
Fiesta Fun.
There were go-karts, bumper boats, DDR, more go karts... the best was seeing Mike, Jeff and Steve drenched after the bumber boats. Jeff came down from Cedar City to join in the Fiesta Fun-ness.

After Fiesta Fun there was Poncho & Lefty's - definitley going back there, since they had the best Mexican food ever! Next time I'm getting empinadas like Steve had. Then there was Nielsen's Frozen Custard, more hot-tubbing, Nintendo DS, and Silver Reef. Now THAT'S a fascinating site.
Sort-of.

Oh, admit it. Silver Reef was fascinating! :) Props for posting, Mel...it's been WAY too long since any of us wrote anything!

you guys do know it's winter, right?
poncho and lefty is the title of a duet by willie nelson and merle haggard. i love that song and totally want to eat at that restaurant... especially since my wife and i were recently blackballed from our regular place.
